The influence of code switching and code mixing Between Arabic and Hebrew on the local language in Jenin

The researcher studies the problem of the spread of the Hebrew language significantly in the Palestinian

Arab regions, especially the city of Jenin, and the extent of its impact on the Arab language and culture in the region. The researcher also conducted personal interviews with the shopkeepers and workers of the occupied lands to find out the reasons and motives that helped spread the Hebrew language in the city .Where the interviews revealed the existence of many social reasons that help to learn the Hebrew language and spread its speakers. The reasons are the low level of awareness of many residents and their perception that Israel is an indomitable entity that guarantees them a good life through working for him and their consideration of the Israeli culture as a high-end culture. The importance of this study stems from the existence of a real threat to the Arabic language, identity and culture, which may appear more dangerously in the coming years if this problem is neglected.
