Technlechnology integration is being increasingly used in instruction to improve teaching and learming. This review summarizes the relevant research on the use or information and communication technology in education. Specifically, it reviews studies that have touched upon the merits of ICT integration in schools, barriers Or challenges encountered in the use of ICT. The fundamental aim of this paper 1s to review the 15sues related to technology integration in the learning and teactIng ot language skills. echnologies in promoting learning, claborates teachers' roles and learners roles, reviews previous studics on the benefits of technology in the learning and ieacnng of language skills, indicates the situation of Information and Communication fechnologies in Al-lstiqlal University, and finally mentions the recommendations  for the successful integration of technology.
