Spelling Errors Among Al Istiqlal University
This study aunis to recognize ihe degree oF Speling Errors among Al-Istiqlal Staudents. The study population consIsts ot all the English department Student in Al-Istiqlal university from first semester from 2013/2018 academic year. The sample consists of 30 students. The researcher in this study used the deecriptive analytical method, by taking the advice from supervisors and
previosors studies the study was in the form of a test, ln order to achieve the rearcher used a test.
The researeher ends in the following results:
The degree of speeling Error among Al-Istiqlal Students in Moderate by
(1.472) mean.
The most frequent errors that students facing in specling is (Their) with
93.3% false, but the less word is (choice)with rate (90%) true.
There were no Significance diifererences at in spelimg ertors that
facing sludents at Al Istiqlal University due c to gender, and education level.
1-Developing program for students to clarify the concept or the language and uses.
2.Encouraging students 3d motivating them to learn the meanings of new words and use.
