This research draws upon assessing Linguistics and the laws on justice. This problem was observed by the researcher in the linguistics Lecture and how is sometimes the justice lost because the lack of language knowledge or ignorance of elementary linguistics and other different reasons. Due to these observations, the researcher decided to find out if judges and lawyers in different countries have important knowledge about elementary linguistics and does the educational level and experience affect it. The purpose of the study is to introduce people to the linguistic aspects of the criminal justice system, together with people who specialize in the police additionally the room whereas also watching the encompassing system. 1he program examines problems with justice, equity and equality in law as they relate to language and communication. Also to explore the linguistic role once addressing legal and legislative systems by examining the particular or potential impact of linguistics (widely known) on criminal investigations and on legal activities and procedures. The researcher chose this subject because of how important it is, with knowledge about dealing with the cases in your hand to reduce injustice. The researcher use the semi-structured interview that is direct to three (3) teachers' who 15 professionals in linguistics and law subjects, the results were collected and analyzed by asking five (5) questions in an interview and recorded by using cellular phone. On the basis of the tindings, I found that there is an obvious etfect between language and the law in legal cases and Justice. Finally Irecommended the forensic linguistic studies should be taken into consideration in the legal system of the country and that similar studies should be conducted in other locations and cities. Future studies are also recommended.
